Lantern Harbor LLC (“Lantern Harbor,” “we,” “I,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect on lanternharbor.co, how I use it, and your choices.
What I collect
- Contact information you share with me. If you email me or fill out a form, I keep what you send so I can respond and do the work we agree on.
- Anti-spam check. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-respecting CAPTCHA alternative that doesn’t track users across sites or set advertising cookies.
I don’t currently run third-party analytics on this site. No cookies, no pixels, no audience tracking.
How I use it
- To respond to you.
- To perform services you’ve engaged me for.
- To improve the site.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I do not send marketing email unless you explicitly ask to be on a list.
How long I keep it
Email correspondence: as long as our working relationship is active, plus a reasonable period for records after.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to delete any information I have about you. Email me at [email protected] and I’ll do so within a reasonable time.
Third parties
A handful of services help this site run. Each is a data processor that handles information on my behalf and does not use it for its own purposes:
- Cloudflare — hosts the site (Cloudflare Pages) and provides the Turnstile anti-spam check on the contact form.
- Resend — delivers contact-form messages from the site to my inbox.
Their privacy policies are published on their own websites.
Health information
Lantern Harbor does not collect, process, or store protected health information (PHI) or any data subject to HIPAA. If your business handles PHI, the services offered here are not the right fit, and I’ll say so up front.
